Dania Vecchia is a post-doc neuroscientist at the LiSTechLab of the University of Genoa with experience in the Optical Approaches to Brain Function (PI Tommaso Fellin) laboratory at the Italian Institute of Technology (IIT). She is an expert in in vivo electrophysiology for neuroscience and uses advanced neural imaging techniques for real-time identification of signals from neuronal cells. As part of the project, MNESYS dedicated itself to high-density electrophysiological acquisitions with the new SiNAPS probes (from the Cortical company), winning the Best Poster
Award at the Congress of the National Bioengineering Group (GNB), held in Palermo in June 2025.
