Postdoctoral fellow

Degree in psychology from Khazar University, Baku, Azerbaijan (08/2001 –08/2006) and Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Cognitive Neuroscience University of York, United Kingdom (28/08/2007 –24/01/2009) with a thesis entitled “Objective measures of early glaucomatous damage: the potential use of functional magnetic resonance imaging”. He obtained a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Cagliari in 2024 with a thesis on the application of machine learning methods to predict clinical remission in individuals with schizophrenia. During his career he has developed extensive international experience, first as a research intern at the RIKEN Center for Brain Science in Japan (16/06/2022 – 10/08/2022). She also worked as a psychologist, researcher and lecturer (2008-2020) at Khazar University.
