Fondazione Don Carlo Gnocchi Onlus - IRCCSI am a physiotherapist with many years of experience in the clinical, academic and research fields. I graduated in Physiotherapy from the University of Milan in 2014 and, subsequently, completed a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy (SUPSI, Switzerland) and a first level university Master's degree in Rehabilitation of Musculoskeletal Disorders (University of Genoa, 110/110 with honors). In 2024 I obtained a Master's Degree in Cognitive Sciences and Decision-Making Processes at the University of Milan (110/110 with honors). I am currently a doctoral student at the IUSS of Pavia (HUME – Human Mind and Its Explanations program), carrying out research in cognitive neuroscience at the Department of Preclinical Sciences of the University of Milan, Sacco Hospital.
In parallel with the clinical activity, which I carry out at the ASST Gaetano Pini-CTO in Milan, I have been collaborating for years on the teaching of the Master in Rehabilitation of Musculoskeletal Disorders at the University of Genoa, where I currently have a teaching position.
I have participated in numerous international courses, conferences and summer schools, including the Science Factory TMS–EEG (Aalto University, 2025), and have carried out periods of study and research in Belgium (Erasmus in Mons and thesis in Brussels, 2024).
My scientific activity includes publications in international peer-reviewed journals, such as American Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Journal, with work on network analysis applied to chronic pain and on the effectiveness of cervical exercises in musculoskeletal disorders.
