Andrea Fiorillo (MD, PhD), is Full Professor of Psychiatry in Naples (Italy) at the University of Campania "L. Vanvitelli". He is currently President of the European Psychiatric Association (EPA), President of the Italian Society of Social Psychiatry (SIPS) and President of the College of Italian University Teachers of Psychiatry. Within the WPA, he was President of the Training Section in Psychiatry of the World Psychiatric Association and is currently a member of the WPA's Training Operations Committee and an Honorary Member of the WPA. He is Editor-in-Chief of the journal European Psychiatry. He is the author of more than 350 scientific articles in international peer reviewed journals and has edited more than 20 books and several book chapters in the field of mental health. He has given numerous conferences abroad. His main research interests include clinical and social psychiatry, academic psychiatry, psychiatric epidemiology, prevention of mental disorders, and promotion of physical health and
