Prof. Camilla Evangelisti, PhD, is Associate Professor of Human Anatomy at the University of Bologna. His research concerns signal transduction pathways (PI3K/Akt/mTOR, Wnt/β-catenin, Raf/MEK/ERK, TGFβ), le laminopathies, nuclear envelope biology, drug resistance in leukemias and the role of mechanosignaling in musculoskeletal and oncological pathologies. He has coordinated national and international projects as Principal
Investigator or Unit Manager (PRIN2017, PRIN2022, ALMA Idea 2022, Carisbo Foundation 2024) and has developed long-lasting collaborations with groups in Europe, USA and Japan. He contributed to the Italian Network of Laminopathies, she was a member of the Editorial Board of the International Journal of Molecular Sciences (2018–2023), reviewer for high-impact journals such as Leukemia and Cancers, and was an evaluator for ANVUR. His scientific activity she has been recognized with national and international awards. To date she has authored 98 papers with 8,848 citations and an h index equal to 43.
