Medical specialist in neurophysiopathology – Laboratory responsible for neurophysiology

Neurologist and specialist in Neurophysiopathology, currently Head of the Research Line “Neurodegenerative Diseases, Disorders of Consciousness and Complex Cognitive” at the IRCCS Don Gnocchi Foundation, where she also coordinates the Multimodal Neurophysiology Laboratory for Rehabilitation (LuNaRe) and the Clinical Neurophysiology Service. After graduating with honors in Medicine and Surgery (Bologna, 2008) and specializing in Neurophysiopathology (Siena, 2015), he consolidated his training with various master's degrees (Clinical Neurophysiology,
Neurorehabilitation, Sleep Medicine, Biostatistics). He carried out post-doc research at the University of Milan (European project H2020-FETOPEN Luminous). His scientific activity is focused on neurophysiology applied to disorders of consciousness and rehabilitation
neurological and critical illusion neuromyopathy. He is Principal Investigator of national and international projects (PerBrain, Current Research Ministry of Health, PNRR) and collaborates with Italian and European multicenter groups. Author of over 80 indexed publications (H-index 13, >1300 citations), she has received several awards, including the Don Gnocchi Foundation Young Researchers Award (2023) and the ARD Accademia LIMPE Award (2021). He is a member of national and international scientific societies (SIN, SINC, EAN, AIMS, LIMPE-DISMOV).
At the same time, she carries out teaching activities as a contract professor at the University of Milan and the Cattolica of Milan (School of Specialization in Neuropsychology), and is a co-rapporteur of degree and post-doc theses. She is an invited speaker at national and international courses and conferences in the field of clinical neurophysiology and neurorehabilitation
