phD Student

Marianna Chianese is a Biomedical Engineer and PhD student at the University of Campania “Luigi Vanvitelli”. Her
research focuses on the analysis of brain connectivity using fMRI in naturalistic conditions and EEG during resting state
and postural control tasks, integrating inertial sensors and electromyography (EMG). Her work aims to investigate the
neural mechanisms underlying sensorimotor and cognitive integration. She has presented her research through oral and
poster contributions at national and international conferences, including OHBM (Seoul, South Korea), GNB (Palermo,
Italy), and IEEE MetroXRAINE 2024 (St Albans, London, UK).
