Previous Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences at the same university (2022), with a thesis on the genetic variability of the Y chromosome in samples from the Basque population.
Currently a research fellow at the Department of Biology and Biotechnology at the University of Pavia, working on the project "Functional analysis of neuronal populations derived from human iPSCs I served as a tutor for the course in Basic, Molecular, and Population Genetics for undergraduate students in the academic years 2022/23 and 2023/24.
I participated in two national conferences (SIGU and FISV 2024) as co-author of scientific papers on TET2 and colorectal cancer.
Technical skills: molecular genetics (nucleic acid extraction, PCR, electrophoresis, sequencing, Western blot), cell biology (cell cultures, chemotherapy treatments, immunofluorescence, FACS), cell cycle analysis. Use of scientific software (GraphPad Prism, Biorender) and databases (Pubmed, cBioPortal). Outreach activities: seminars for high school students and participation in the European Researchers' Night.
