Epigenetic and biological mechanisms of individual vulnerability to social-stress related neuropsychiatric and cardiovascular disorders

Social stress is an important risk factor for the development of neuropsychiatric disorders and cardiovascular diseases. Through the use of animal models, this project aims to identify epigenetic and biological mediators that increase vulnerability to cardiovascular and neuropsychiatric diseases in both sexes.
