Placement Program
Placement Program is a project reserved for PhD candidates, PhDs, RTD-As, Postdoctoral researchers, Research Fellows, and Research Grant holders involved in the MNESYS project.
Its goal is to enhance the employability of PhD graduates and researchers, while at the same time building a functional and sustainable model beyond the conclusion of the PNRR.
Orientation
The orientation activities for MNESYS recruits include targeted initiatives aimed at increasing participants’ professional maturity and improving their knowledge of the job market.
The orientation actions include:
- A three-day career orientation event, with five sessions
- Ten online Assessment Center sessions, each lasting 90 minutes
- A virtual one-on-one career guidance service, offering individual career counseling sessions and CV checks
The placement activities are designed to provide each participant with concrete connections to the job market and include:
- Ten online Recruiting Days with companies
- One Virtual Career Day, with the possibility of arranging online interview schedules
